Getting started with Honesty in Care is simple. Here is what to expect from the moment you reach out.
Fill out our online referral form with your contact details and the participant's information. You don't need to have everything figured out — provide what you know and we'll guide you from there.
Go to Referral FormOnce we receive your referral, our team will review it and reach out — usually within 1–2 business days. We'll have a straightforward conversation about the participant's needs, goals, and NDIS plan.
No pressure. Just an honest conversation about how we can help.
Where appropriate, we complete an initial assessment to understand the participant's individual needs and goals. From there, we create a support plan aligned with their NDIS goals — ensuring the right supports are in place before anything begins.
Once agreements are in place, we match the participant with the right support worker or therapist and services begin. We stay in close contact to ensure everything is running well.
